Cancellation Policy

Please select the time your bins get picked up usually. This is NOT the guaranteed time we will arrive. The time you select just gives us a better idea on how to schedule the route that day. Arrival is anywhere between 11am-8pm taken into consideration the time you selected. Any cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded promptly.
